A THOUGHTFUL SCHOOL ROLLOUT
Agree the learners, teaching context and desired outcomes before inviting a cohort. Review what works with the people using Nova before expanding.
Choose a school lead and cohort, confirm qualifications and identify a specific learning or operational need.
Configure accounts and roles, review data responsibilities, confirm supported course content and test the experience with staff.
Review engagement, attendance completeness, learner reflections and staff feedback against the agreed starting point.
Document findings, address gaps and agree whether to expand, adapt or pause the rollout.
REVIEWING YOUR SCHOOL PILOT
Study activity, completed reflections and the consistency of revision routines.
Whether recorded learning signals help teachers identify and discuss support needs.
Attendance completion, task follow-through and the usefulness of shared records.
Feedback from learners and staff, accessibility needs and barriers to using the product.
Use these areas to plan your school’s evaluation. Results on attainment, engagement and staff time will be recorded during the agreed pilot period; evaluation findings are not yet available.
Explore the learning researchSchool accounts determine permissions. Students access their own learning records; teachers access educational records within their school. Organisation roles provide additional access where authorised. The connected database enforces school and role access.
GCSE topic guides and board resource links cover selected AQA and Pearson Edexcel qualifications. Six maths starter lessons are available. Wider topic guides support revision alongside school teaching and do not replace the full official specification.
Camera-assisted question guidance, LLM tutoring and teacher-facing tutoring summaries are development priorities. They are not live services in the current release. Broader lesson coverage and school rollout support are also part of the next stage.
The school must agree data responsibilities, privacy and retention arrangements, support and safeguarding processes, account permissions and course coverage. Hosted services and recovery arrangements need verification before live use.
The connected product, defined rollout approach and proposed evaluation areas provide a concrete starting point. A partnership discussion can establish the intended cohort, delivery requirements, costs and evidence needed for a funding case.
